yeah its no big deal mr yozima, but erm, you left me out. ive had a number 4 run, once. and ive 0 faulted inferno II sooo errm...

but seriously i agree with the list in terms of the two different percentiles although there are people like boris and euan missing and obviously if youre grouping based on potential and achievements (times and scores etc.) then the grouping continues all the way down to the least skilled players, meaning the idea works all the way down the Trials spectrum and not just at the top

Yes on the DLC tracks, anybody with skill can do that with enough time input. It takes skill to beat the original tracks that have already had so much effort put into them.
My bad if RedBomber is tearing apart the originals too, but as far as i'm aware i don't think he is.

PS: KO Syndicate is deffiently way up there too, nearly left him out!

Dude wtf are you talking about, redbomber is number one on non dlc AND was #1 on dlc, i agree he showed poor sportmanship but he was still technically the best, and some people would argue skill games are harder than tracks, but imo its just a sort of preference thing

Ajuvix - correct me if I'm wrong but it seems that if you would have taken one for the team and stopped playing trials on this account (once you realized the glitch) you would has stayed put at rank 100 - I'm not trying to be a **** but I just want to know if that crossed your mind - don't get me wrong, it's a lot to give up, I know - but I'm sure it would have been the lesser of two evils - you could always play trials on another account - It would have sucked for you but at least the leaderboards wouldn't have been ruined and you wouldn't have had to deal with all the drama and hate mail - what's done is done and I'm not upset it just seems this could have all been avoided with a little bit of forethought and consideration.

Yes, but at the time I was sure it could be addressed. It wasn't until days later that I learned otherwise. Even then, it seemed like, "hey, just go in and make my number this.", but it is not to be. Sorry I jacked it up to number one. Got no excuse for that. That wasn't my goal. My goal ( for over a month )was to get top1000 global, 500+dlc. Whatever I was thinking, I wasn't thinking I would be the no.1 player in 3 weeks time. Also at the time and present, I had passed a skill threshold and was tearing thru the extremes collecting platinum medals I never thought I would get. What I am sure is the root of all this, I got the coveted plat on InfernoII, but it glitched and wouldn't log my score on the leaderboards. It was the only track I played that day. Next thing I know it says I'm 100th. I thought, "That can't be right." and waited for it to return to normal. Days later I got the plat again. It logged, but the dlc score stayed up. I sent a round of messages to Redlynx and got a response from Jorma, nothing they could do, leaderboard update glitch perhaps. Well, the rest is history and I'm in the middle of a SNAFU. Can someone calculate the odds of this happening? I've posted a message in my bio to put those looking on the level. Man, this just plain sux. Seriously, sux.

I can show another instance of a similar glitch, although as far as I can tell it's restricted to a single track.

On Black Friday, there were simply massive amounts of data being uploaded to the LB's by all the players playing trials, and so it's not really a surprise that at least one occurrence of faulty data or faulty calculation happened.

On Run of Doom, go look around rank 150-160. see if you see a discrepancy in the track distance achieved, and watch the replay, so you can see the run and the distance is correct, but the rank is wrong.

It's not Ajuvix, it's someone else, and I'm sure there are probably a few others that have had this happen to them in some form.

I wouldn't say Ajuvix "ran across" this glitch, as that sounds like he found a glitch and exploited it.

Rather, it's a glitch that happened to him and he had no control over it, probably just like the example I gave on Run of Doom.

With so many players playing so many tracks, and the Leaderboards not showing up for us, on weekends, or days like "Black Friday" due to server overload, it is quite possible for some info to become corrupt.

If you all believe in the infallibility of computers, I suggest you never verify bank statements or credit card statements, or loan statements, or whatever, otherwise you might have your bubble of trust burst !

Anyone ever hear of someone trying to take their last $100 out of bank machine, and it spews out thousands?
Or someone's utility bill is showing they owe $30,00.00

So many examples have been found over the years whereby computers have been proven to NOT be %100 reliable!

If the Trials Hd leaderboards are correct 99.9999999999999 percent of the time, then 00.0000000000001 of the time they will screw up....

Trials legends are... ( in no order ) Lestropie.. ender... khaled...Boris.. nitro chronic... cooldiman...clint eastwood...jayEmB...pahapertti...dosto...worleyboy ...redrider....lost nr...jryda...Ronald...hooray its mike...Saudi pro...elements...rockman....dogg spitt......
And yet not one of these amazing players have complained....

Nuff said.. that's my input done...

Edit ...And ko syndicate..and some more but list is getting ridiculous... point is all the legends arnt complaining
