On Run of Doom, go look around rank 150-160. see if you see a discrepancy in the track distance achieved, and watch the replay, so you can see the run and the distance is correct, but the rank is wrong.

It's not Ajuvix, it's someone else, and I'm sure there are probably a few others that have had this happen to them in some form.

I wouldn't say Ajuvix "ran across" this glitch, as that sounds like he found a glitch and exploited it.

Rather, it's a glitch that happened to him and he had no control over it, probably just like the example I gave on Run of Doom.

With so many players playing so many tracks, and the Leaderboards not showing up for us, on weekends, or days like "Black Friday" due to server overload, it is quite possible for some info to become corrupt.

If you all believe in the infallibility of computers, I suggest you never verify bank statements or credit card statements, or loan statements, or whatever, otherwise you might have your bubble of trust burst !

Anyone ever hear of someone trying to take their last $100 out of bank machine, and it spews out thousands?
Or someone's utility bill is showing they owe $30,00.00

So many examples have been found over the years whereby computers have been proven to NOT be %100 reliable!

If the Trials Hd leaderboards are correct 99.9999999999999 percent of the time, then 00.0000000000001 of the time they will screw up....

On middle name danger one of the top guys i believe 2nd has a replay that doesnt match his leaderboard time. its off by a whole second.

That's called a phantom replay. I have one too on that track and get harassed by a-holes calling me a cheater all the time because of it.

It will either make you crash or finish the track with a slower time because the physics objects on Trials are not completely consistent which offset the bike even in replays.

Sometimes the replay will work and sometimes it won't.

yep. there are a lot of phantom replays out there. Did you know it is even possible to have a phantom replay get a faster time than true score. Check RedRider686's replay on middle name danger

Im somebody that cares about global rank. Im currently ranked 40 and working my *** of to get ranked 39. I know since its glitched i am ranked 39, but i dont actually see it so i dont feel it.

Honesltly not to be a ****, but Ajuvix was ranked like 5000 global plus dlc before the glitch happened, and thats good but can be way better.

So why would you not just be a man and have your scores and times reset? they werent even that amazing in the 1st place. I can understand if they were like top 10s and things like that. But they werent.

And you even said yourself Ajuvix that you were getting better and better, so im pretty sure you could have gotten all of those scores back and gotten them even better.

I personally think that you just want to see yourself as rank 1 in trials. Isnt that every great players dream in this game? cause i sure as hell know its mine. So personally i think your a **** for not having those scores reset and starting over on that account or another. It was the best thing to do, but you didnt.

But whats done is done, and whats in the past is history. Redlynx isnt doing anything about it so its whatever now. I just wanted to throw in my 2 cents in this conversation. So there you have it

This thread was dead, Ajuvix DID NOTHING WRONG. Its not his fault he doesnt have to sacrifice it. He apologized like 5 times so no he didnt just want to be number 1. He didnt want to erase all of his work either. Its the game's fault not his, therefore he has no responsibility for correcting it.

as warlord so wisely said, that was a lot of work on his behalf and even though i personally would enjoy the challenge of re-doing everything, i completely understand why he may not.

how about if bomber or murdoc asked you: "why do you even care?.. youre way down in 40th place." it wouldnt feel great would it? its all relative and 5000th out of well over a million is more than 'good'.

the glitch wasnt his fault. so man up, accept it and stop being abusive to someone who doesnt deserve it.

Not a chance id start over.. I couldn't get most of my times again.. it takes hours to get good scores.. screw that
