    Tracks lost - HELP! [SOLVED]

I turned on my xbox today, and plugged in my 2 USB sticks because I was going to move some tracks from my hard drive to my USB's. When I go to my system settings>memory screen, normally it will have each device listed, and under it says how much memory is left. Now each of my USB's act as if they're new and it wants me to format them. Combined, I had over 600 tracks between these 2 USB's that are apparently gone! Is there any way to recover this? Please help!

    Re: Tracks lost - HELP!

Wow, that was a close one...crisis averted! I unplugged all the cords from my xbox and detached the hard drive and let it sit for a few minutes, then plugged it back in and started it up. I have Assassin's Creed II in my tray and it wasn't reading that either. It actually read my USB's and the disc drive properly after doing this.

I think the problem was that when I turned my xbox on the first time, I plugged in the USB's as it was loading up, which caused the drives to not read properly. So for future reference, to anyone that may encounter a similiar situation: never, ever open your tray or plug stuff into your USB slots when your xbox is loading up, just wait until you are fully signed in. So glad to have all my customs back.

    Happy New Year everybody!
