i noticed that some tracks are laggy that were never laggy before (custom and normal tracks). i think that is since i downloaded the big thrills.
i deleted some custom tracks, and deleted some other stuff on the hard drive but that didn't help. it's annoying cause as i said, that never happened in the past.
is there anybody else who noticed that? what else could i do?
I think I have around 600-700 custom tracks right now, and I keep almost everything I get from other people. What i've done to get rid of lag is to keep about 100 tracks on my hard drive and I store the rest on 2 different USB sticks. I put around 300 tracks on each USB and I only use one at a time, so it's less of a burden on the game. Hopefully that might help you.
I noticed this too! Tonight is the first opportunity I've had to play in about a week, and I noticed it on the in-game tracks. I'm trying to recall precisely, but I believe all the instances of lag occurred on BT tracks, including a slight amount on your track (which I plat'd tonight!) I only have about 50-75 custom tracks all together, and they're all on my HDD so I don't know what's going on.
my guess is that with the big thrills there are too many tracks. so i'll delete some more customs and hope that'll do it. but if not...? i don't know. maybe delete the big pack?
Delete Big Thrills and re download it?Originally Posted by DrittesAuge
probably not but it's worth a shot. I'm starting to lag a lot too.
