Nah, Pure Death scores 35,000 SHU (Original Tabasco is ~2500 and Cholula is ~3600) This sauce is made from Habanero pods and just a bit of Bhut Jolokia, but they take only the pods, so they remove the hottest parts of the pepper, it's actually one of the mild Blair's sauces, I have a sauce from Blair's that scores 800,000 SHU (Ultra Death), which basically means a pinhead size drop will own most non-chiliheads. I like heat but this sauce is so flavorful, it's a delight, just one warning, it may be worse on the way out!

Always cold! Left out on the table in the garden over night is good so it catches the morning dew.

If you like it hot, try 'Da Bomb - The final answer' 1,500,000 SHU.
This stuff will burn a blister on your finger if you dont wipe it off quick enough! Had a drop on a ham sandwich and got a blister on the roof of my mouth, whilst a friend of mine ended up having to rub cream up his @ss for a week.

@ Jon: No way! I know that there are even hotter sauces than those I own (Blair's has the ******ss record BTW with 16 million scoville units which is pure capsaicin) but seriously, 35K is enough for me and when I use hotter sauces with extracts (tastes like crap) I don't put too much, I almost passed out on the crapper once, no joke... So in the end, let's just say that flavor trumps heat, and that's why I love Blair's Pure Death sauce, because the taste is fantastic and the burn is enough for me.

Now back to breakfast talk, eggs and bacon, pea soup & beans with maple syrup and smell you later.
