Great stuff.
I spent 100 pound on my first radio plane last summer.
It took off just fine. Flew straight just fine.
My first turning and it plummeted to the ground. Smashed into a million pieces.
My entire experience lasted about 90 seconds.

Later I read the instructions. It said in bold letters. DON'T DO BIG TURNING MANOEUVRES UNTIL YOUR FAMILIAR WITH THE CONTROLS

lesson. Always read the instructions kids

Most expensive 90 secs off my life. But at least I can say I flew one

i had a similar experience with my first remote control plane - i took it to the local park the day i bought it, but since it was a pretty cheaqp and simple one, it couldnt handle the wind that day, so my parents and me were running to make sure it stayed within radio range, but when i lost contact it plummeted out of the sky and was lost forever.

luckily i was able to get a replacement plane on its own for about £20
