I caught a guitar pick from Slayer! (+ Anthrax / Testament) | Forums

I went to see Anthrax, Megadeth, and Slayer on Saturday and it was intense! I got Kerry King's freaken guitar pick! Some other guy was going for it, but my brother shoved him out of the way and I grabbed it. A bunch of other people were still looking to see where it landed.



...It was a great night full of free jagermeister, mosh pits, and pure thrash metal.

I would have gone to see Exodus and Kreator in December if it wasn't for the fact that I'm seeing Godspeed You! Black Emperor in Glasgow the same night. Props on the pick!

ant: good ****, I saw exodus last year. They are back in business the place got trashed and the seats torched, dunno if they'll be booked here again tho haha. Shame, one of my fav bands from the past.

speaking of anthrax warlord... I wish billy charlie and scott would do a few sod shows, I never got to see them in person.

My mate got a black eye and a bloody nose trying to catch a drumstick from AC DC think) a few years back!
He got a free Tshirt after spending half the night in the medical room! I said he was a ***** and should have stood his ground!

Exodus is brutal, I haven't seen them yet but I really want to.
...Anthrax is back in business too. Joey Belladonna is singing for them agian so they sound better than ever. Definitely worth seeeing if they come around.

Damn, that sucks
I think drumsticks are the hardest to get. I was at a Judas Priest concert last year and two guys were fighting over one. They ended up breaking it in two.

yep saw anthrax since the new setup, still one of the best i meant though that i want scott charlie and billy to do some more SOD shows, love both bands but i've seen anthrax plenty of times in my life, but never SOD...

oh, Stormtroopers of Death. I've heard the name before but haven't listen to the music. They must sound sick if charlie and scott are members.
