Mountain unicycles today are actually pretty similar to bikes - with hydraulic brakes, a handle bar, and a 2-speed geared hub that costs three times as much as the uni itself.

Wow, you have to watch this one to the end. He rides the outside railing of a huge suspension bridge. On a unicycle!

Even just letting his dog pull through the park on his unicycle, balancing with NO FEET on the petals seems a very impressive feat.
