This has happened to me before, and is the reason I keep a back up track while I'm building (also not a bad idea to keep a backup track no matter what......)

Its just a case of a corrupted file, save often and save a back up.

I feel for you zoidberg. Today I started up trials and noticed that the tracks on my usb didn't load so I restarted my xbox and tried again. Still nothing. Went back to the dashboard to check the memory and see if they were still on my usb and trials wasn't loading them for some reason but it show 0 data files anywhere. Somehow my usb was completely wiped clean I lost Forsaken and 2 unfinished tracks one of which was almost ready to be released. I also lost over 150 custom tracks, it was a devastating blow for me.

That happened to me too a long time ago, I was so upset I almost cried. Since then I have always kept backup copies of tracks I'm building. Everytime you finish building an obstacle, save the original and a backup! This thread has prompted me to go buy another flash drive as a backup for all of my customs, I've got about 600. I was hesitant to get a backup drive until I saw that when you are transfering tracks around your records are saved with it too. I thought once you moved it from one drive to the other your replay of your best time would be lost but luckily its saved.

This sucks, 2 of my USB sticks broke on me lost over 300 tracks the 1st time with all my runs,
Now my xbox wont even recognize the one I have because it has a lose plugin

I only have 200 tracks atm so I cant keep all the tracks I want too
