Hi all fellow Trials HD addicts!
I've made a couple of tracks (8 at the moment) lately that I would like to have tested and get some feedback. I've uploaded YouTube vids for all of them, except "¿Impossible?". I'm trying to build tracks with a flow but still not being pure high speed racing. I have a thing for alternative routes, which can be found in several of these tracks. The alternative routes are either constructed as a safety net if the player can not beat the obstacles on the main route, or as a short cut if you manage to get to the alternative route.
Enough ramblings, lets get on to the tracks:
¿Impossible?
This track is a bit special as it was made especially for a friend of mine. It is a trick track that might require some "out of the box" thinking to solve.
To hell and back...
Take a trip trough the mines, but beware the Lord of fire.
This is a quite long track with some tricky parts. Finding the flow and understanding the obstacles should make it possible to finish it with no retries and a decent time.
Back on crack
As seen in the video below, you can get quite a good flow in this track once you've mastered the obstacles. There's an alternative route after the first "ravine" if you don't make the jump.
Seatrack
Some tricky parts here. There is a superfast way over the exploding barrels, if you can make it. Three different alternative routes in the last part to cover different skill levels.
Concrete Strip
I was trying to build a whole track without using the regular wall blocks. This gives the track a little bit of a different feeling. There's a couple of "Jump to a platform above and behind you" parts of the track that I know some people are quite fed up with. But try it, theres anice flow in the track once you find it.
Kubist ocean
A nice ride on the bridge suddenly turns into an underwater adventure. Can your reach the underwater cave in one piece?
Out of the sack
A deep drop starts the adventure, sending you flying across an abyss. Can you find your way down into the underground and make it through the tunnels? There is an alternative route which is really tricky to reach, but it's a nice short cut if you can make it.
Hell in Lomma
My first serious attempt at Trials HD track building. Lomma is the city I live in . Two alternative routes. The upper is faster but demands good control over the bike. The one below is tricky and slower, but probably easier to handle.

I enjoyed your tracks. I especially liked 'Seatrack'. It seems a little tricky for a medium, though (imo). Ive yet to attempt to create a track, so maybe you could answer this. Is the track difficulty automatically set depending on which objects/obstacles are used, or does the creator decide based on how the track rides?
I did find a checkpoint that isn't working properly. Its the first checkpoint after you go underground on 'Out of the Sack' (just before the shipping containers). In your video it works fine, but you bypassed the area above. If you go up to the top and proceed to roll backwards, once you make it underground, that checkpoint doesn't trigger.

I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed my tracks. Maybe I should bump Seatrack up to hard. When making a track you set the difficulty and medal times yourself.
I also noticed the non working checkpoint. Actually it is working, but you can not activate a checkpoint after you have passed another one that is further to the right in the track. I have moved the checkpoint at the top of the big "hill" and the underground checkpoint so that they both work. Download the track again and you have a working version. I have also renamed all my tracks to RE>Trackname to make it easy to find my tracks after download.
I'll notify you when I make some more tracks.
