I think its sad that we live in a world where gimmicks win everytime over what is truely professional and legit.

For instance: Lil Wayne is just a puppet rapper, yet hes a 1,000,000 times more known than a true HIP HOP artist like Immortal Technique(real lyrics- not just rapping about *****es and money)

Your KD in public matches for multiplayers is a joke , yet most multiplayer heads will never realize this in their lifetime. True professional gaming is almost underground.


My point is that being in that "underground" - " In the know" world breeds certain hardcore mentalities. Mentalities that most people take as offensive. For instance when I say something like o " Most of the tracks that won the DLC contest were terrible", im not trolling. I am speaking the truth.

Doesn't it seem odd that when you have a compressed minority of the best of the best in ANYTHING, that they all seem to have alot of the same mentalities.

You could say" Well I don't see Ko or Red saying the kind of things you do" sure But just because they don't showcase hardcore opinions on the forums it doesn't mean they don't have them.

We live in an ignorant world people. Wake up and smell the coffee, or get pushed further and further into the mainstream darkness.

based on what? this is a Trials forum so forget everything else. do you actually believe that youre opinions are worth more simply because you are able to make it thru the tracks quickly?? no. worthy opinions come from experience and wisdom.

now if you claimed that you are "in the know" because you have spent HUGE amounts of time with the game (experience), i would agree. but then if you had spent HUGE amounts of time with the game, surely its not surprising that you can make it thru the tracks quickly, is it?

these 'underground' comparisons make no sense. there is no 'underground' circuit on Trials. its just your ego trying to make up for your arrogance. there are over 1 million players across a full spectrum of skill level on Trials, it ISNT split into mainstream and underground. theres no breeding of offensive mentalities at the top of the leaderboards, its just you and a few others, and its annoying.

now lets see a post without the attitude of: "you cant understand what i mean because you arent skilled enough."
