I supported cod when call of duty 4 released it w I'll remain the best game ever BUT when Modern Warfare2 was released if you can't see how **** it was it has turned into a disaster Reach will reign Supreme all cods are the samenow...

Again saying cod is the same is stupid cause black ops hasnt come out yet, they may be saving smething innovative and new, and if you dont think its innovative there adding vehicles to the game which i would say is innovative.

my point is this, shut up and buy both games because imo they are both very fun and awesome games

IMO the two posts above me are ********, because you guys rag on call of duty and describe none of the flaws of halo. 1. there is a terrible leveling system were its all based on how long you play not how good at the game you are.2. Halo takes skill, if shooting randomly and meleeing people is skill( same thing with cod but halo doesnt take skill either) 3. Big thrills dlc will be a better investment than both these games 4. Halo is not putting out new stuff there improving stuff like firefight and forge, but those are not new modes. 5. The only reason you guys hate cod is because you suck, because if you didnt you would figure out ways to deal with explosive weapons( just snipe them geez ) I agree cod needs some work and if it was IW i would say the game would suck too, but its treyarch so you have to give them a chance. Oh yeah and halo's multiplayer is only copied from every other shooter ever

In response..

1.The leveling is NOT based on how long, it now has XP, which you use to buy different forms of armor..

2.If you're REALLY going to say its random shooting and melee, then just put your mouse down. Now.

3.Big Thrills is awesome, but in all honesty Reach will have more replay value than Big Thrill

4.Halo has a new Firefight, leveling system, engine, weapons, and co-op, not to mention forge..


5.I shouldnt have to deal with cheap-*** explosive weapons. They need to fix so many things like that..




Honestly, Reach is going to be WAY better than BO. IMF MF=In My Fact)

Just stop kidding yourself and face the music. BO is going to be MW2 with a couple of features.

Thanks guys for all the comments on this topic. I partially agree with bDIdol. And not because I know him. I think that both of the games will be successfull. The question is, Will i put down Halo Reach to play black ops. Thats what seperates a great game from a mediocre game. I probably will but, after I play black ops for a couple hours. Will i think "huh i kinda feel like playing halo", I dont know but I am pumped for both releases.

I believe I can spend my money how I wish, I am a "halo-fanboy" and as this is Bungie's last Halo game I truly wish to remember it, and if that means buying a new xbox and selling my old one to my brother then so be it. My brother's xbox has broke and he doesn't have enough money for another, so I'm selling him mine for £50 when I get mine, I wanted a new xbox anyway for Kinect Ready etc.
So it's not an "unnecessary" purchase, thank you.
