Those who have offered their support above have great runs, but when I was ranked outside the top 10,000, there's no way I could have pulled off some of the things they were doing. It's still good to have people like that on your list though, because they cleanly pull off some of the simpler moves that will save you some time. That said, most platinum times are available without shortcuts, but you won't see those kinds of runs on any of their accounts.
I made a bunch of videos of the actual tracks as I was hitting platinums, and you can check out my channel here if you'd like. You might have to scroll down through my videos or use the search in the upper right to find the track you need.
The reason I mentioned adding an active player in the 2500 - 5000 range was because they will also be improving their times, and will likely start getting more and more replays. It gives you new goals all the time.

I found it very disheartening having players in the top 100 on my FL, they have way too much time to play trials and get times which are ridiculous to compete with unless you can also spend countless hours dedicating yourself to being up there. I decided to keep players around where I'm aiming, around the 1,000 mark.
The top 100 have different motivations from me, and I will never be there with them

Depends what you are aiming for though man, I have Willyumz on my FL and Boris, and a few others in the top 100 but I just know I can't match them and don't even try......if I add new people for trials competition I will keep it around the 1000-800 mark which is the limit of where I can get too, through skill and lack of time to perfect my skillzzzzzzzOriginally Posted by Zoidberg747
