    Re: Inferno II or Diabolic??

I changed my vote. I practiced Diabolic a lot now (probably still not as much as Inferno II) and I am finding Diabolic has more forgiving challenges as long as you get the run up right.
I always get screwed on Inferno II when I play Midnight Club!!!

Diabolic, not to get a good time, but to consistantly 0-fault. It's the main reason I havn't got the motivation to try 0-faulting Midnight Club.

Diabolical simply because I can't do it very well considering i have GOLD on it. Inferno II is much easier because well.. cant give a reason it just is!

    Re: Inferno II or Diabolic??

I'd have said Inferno ll if I'd been asked this question back when I first started playing. Took me weeks before I'd finally managed to finish that track but now I'm down to 6 faults and reasonably confident I can squeeze a 0 fault run if I put a couple hours into it.

Diabolic on the other hand...i finished the track first time I attempted it albeit with hundreds of faults. Presently I'm at 21 faults on it and struggling to get it any lower.

So for me anyway...Diabolics definitely the ***** of the bunch.

My vote goes to Inferno II as the tougher track (where's the poll?)

Ironically, Inferno II was the only course I zero-faulted during my MC platinum run.

I've had countless hours of practice on both tracks now, and I still have more problems with Inferno II (even though it's usually just in one or two sections). However, my vote might change if I wasn't trying to speed-run every time I played.

Inferno II all the way It took me around 100 faults on Inferno and diabolic it took around 40

    Re: Inferno II or Diabolic??

I personally have to vote for Inferno II. Diabolic is a bit tricky, but, for an experienced player, each obstacle can be overcome fairly easily; the challenge is doing it all in one run. Inferno II has such famous parts as the bouncing-down-the-tires-without-combusting part, and that part after the hill climb with the pipes sticking out of the ground. Oh, and those hammers at the end too, those can ruin even the greatest of runs.

Diabolic cause it's longer imo, Then again I'm thinking of the difficulty of 0 faulting them.
