    Physics of the rider

Hi everyone, in first place gratz for your amazing Trials, Redlynx are a f***ing genius

My question is: How did you make the animation of the rider when he stay up on bike? Is it all ragdoll or there are keyframe animation with a 3D program?

Thank you very much for your answer guys!

The rider is basically a ragdoll with pretty stiff physics joints to keep the posture correct. The rider holds the handlebars and physically adjusts his position when riding (physics forces to the joints). There is no keyframe animation.

A fun thing about the rider is that usually he tries to look up/down based on the next obstacle height, but if you slow down too much, he starts to look at the camera (to see what the player is doing ).

Yeah I thought in a ragdoll when I saw the rider movement, thank you for your answer sebbbi . If you allow me another question, I love your camera system and for this reason, I like to know a resume of the camera movement, is it scripted in every track or you made a default coding?

Been messing alot with physics, and I've encountered alot of fun incidents.. Anyone else tried when the rider goes all Mr. Fantastic, with rubbery arms while flying around? Good fun
