I was forced a gt change by MS which is gay. So i picked a new one- Jryda85. Joshua is my middle name and im a ryda and i was born in 1985. So there...

When i joined XBL my first gamertag was Prospero05 after a character in The Tempest by Shakespeare.

When that yr was over, there was a trend a cpl years ago of putting bars around your tag so i was l Ender l .

Then i changed it to Ender IXI. Then i met some friends who were less skilled at Halo and my rank caused us to get matched with ppl who were above them skill wise and we lost alot so i made Ender Ixl...eye ex el. It doesn't mean anything just a way to avoid having to put numbers in my gt.

The reason it became my main trials tag is because i got a really cool Infernal Pinball replay and just started doing everything on that tag.

The reason i like ender is the classic sci-fi series:



The writer of enders game (and shadow complex) lives where i went to college. I waited on him once and saw him speak several times.

So beside being a cool name imo, there's also a literary and geographical connection.

the emcee....this is because my teenage years were in the 90's when hip hop became my every day life, I was a well known MC around all my local clubs for doing open mic freestyles about the people there and ****....it was an awesome time and I still make tunes every now and then with DJ Kryptonite who is making quite a big name for himself across the pond in NYC at the moment, although at the age of 34 I'm getting a little tired of this scene and all the ''little big men'' in it.

I chose it as a gamertag because when I got XBL hooked up was when Halo 2 came out, and everyone and their mum was calling themselves Master Chief, MC, Master Chef and variations of this. I was surprised no one had made the parody out of it so I did

Before I came onto Xbox I had a pc with a game called Freelancer on it, my original name was Bertsta on there as it was my nickname, after awhile I needed something new when I started joining clans so I put my tag up as Nova D Storm, originaly I put the D in there because it looked good, but then I just thought I will place it as DarkStorm to add a lil more effect.

I know it's pretty weird but meh.
