    Object limit indicator?

I'm not sure if this has been posted before and if it has sorry :/

But why isn't there some kind of object item indicator? It's the worst feeling when you've greater such a cosmetically hansome track to find you can't finish it as you wanted to....

The only indication I get when I'm about to hit it, is that it takes longer and longer to save the track, indicating that your coming close to the limit.

Can we not just get an indicator via an update?

I know the feeling. as do a lot of us. I started a thread about this awhile back, but still didn't get any dev feedback. They had probably already answered it before, i don't know

I just feel like chucking my xbox out the window when that happens.Randomly It will say I have too much so I have to think of a different ending, then go back and delete some stuff that I truly dont want to.I would rather have more space per track than an indicator though, but hey thats just me.

I know that this isn't as convenient, but someone said that you can go into the memory section of the dashboard and look at the size of your track to estimate how much more you can build.

The first three or four tracks that I tried to build all hit either object or memory limits. I would say that hitting the object limit way too early is the only thing in this game more frustrating than having to restart tourneys (which is actually my fault).

I haven't tried this, but I've heard about it. The person I heard it from(I think it was Heetsauce) said it wasn't real accurate.

    Re: Object limit indicator?

a not so inconvenient but very useful method i once learned from o SKUMBAG o... go far into the end area of your track or some out of the way areas and drop in 100 objects.. mix it up a lil, turn em, move em and stuff. now build the rest of your track... when ya get the dreaded cannot save message, remove 25 objects and save ... if ya can save then ya know you have at least 75 more objects to use( once you erase em outta the areas ya dropped em.) if ya still cant save, repeat. as for the room complexity bar, i have a nifty self taught trick. works for all objects (except a select few ya cant glue like the car) and triggers... but not hinges.once the bars maxed in an area and ya want to add more detail or pieces... pull up the object ya want, put it in its desired location and instead of A, hit UP on dpad and choose 'glue to object' then hit B to back out without gluing and it stays in place. same with triggers, cept' its 'select object' i wouldnt advise doing too much of this in a very high physics area tho...

    Re: Object limit indicator?

I wish there was an object limit indicator. Usually I glue a lot of stuff together initially and sometimes make extra glued stuff out of the way like was suggested above to get a rough idea of how many more pieces I can add. Once it takes a really long time to save I know the end is near...
