i was thinking about the possibility of another top-time-setting bike other than the scorpion and phoenix and could only think of one;

it would be faster than the phoenix and slower than the scorpion with more manoeuverability than the scorpion and less than the phoenix. basically, just inbetween the two.

in your opinion, would it be worth including in the next game (if there is one)??

Good Idea! I say in the next game we should be able to have the base such as the scorpion and customize the bodywork (Nothing Mechanical) with custom paintjobs, and other little features like a bobble head on the back of your bike

i'd rather have a lighter slower version of the phoenix for extreme tracks

I'd rather have two top-level trials bikes - one two-stroke and one four-stroke. Just like the real deal.

Even better would be to have lots of branded bikes i.e. Beta, Sherco, Montesa, Gas Gas etc., each with their own characteristics. You could have the older twin-shock bikes as your entry-level, plus 125cc/200cc variants to work your way up to the hardcore bikes. But I suspect the licensing would be too much.

Oh, and a bicycle.

i think there should be just one overall "best bike" to keep things consistent, but i like the idea of lestropies, and i like the idea of putting screw around bikes like the donkey or an actual bike like lestropie said

On a serious note though this does sound like a smooth idea man....I was thinking of what it would be like to add a faster bike in as DLC and see what happens to the leaderboards!

On a brand new Trials Game there would be room for a lot more than 3 I would hope.
They don't need to vary their characteristics hugely but just enough to make a difference.
And it could be also on things like suspension 'springyness', torque (for climbing), weight, braking, stability, balance, strength etc.
Not just top speed and response.

If licenses couldn't be found then at least 'inspiration' from real trials and moto bikes should perhaps be used for models.

And some more wildcard models like classic bikes or racing bikes would be a great inclusion.

If we are having a wish list then customisable bikes would be great with different tanks, wheels, handlebars etc.

Unlockable 'special' bikes that might only look different but keep the same handling would also be a huge incentive for players to do the achievements.

This is exactly the reason why we do not release new bikes in DLCs. All players who want to compete in the leaderboards would be forced to buy the DLC if we released a bike that would be in any way better than the current ones in any track. Also if you used a DLC bike in your record run, players without the DLC would not be able to watch your replay at all. That's not fun at all.
