Nahh, many people would have a better time than u Punch if the shortcut didn't existed so, u wouldn't be on the 20th rank on the leaderboard if that were the case

If it makes you feel any better, im in the top 30s and still cant pull this shortcut off. Its not like it will help me move up much anyway.

    Re: I HATE UNDERGROUND SHORTCUT!!!

i've only ever managed it once. i've managed to get the bike to do the swing through the wooden plank many times, but landing on the pipe is a pain.

what i found helped is realising what you were aiming for, rather than copying the stick movements:
you may have had the glitch where, if you hit something like a metal ramp plate, your front suspension will get stuck inside it. this is what you are aiming to take advantage of, trather than just swinging and hoping.

to get the best chance of your front shocks sailing right through the wood, you need to aim for the plank to slice right between the front wheel and the engine (to do this, pull a small wheelie right before the pipes that lead downwards).
when the front shocks are just about to hit the plank, throw your rider backwards really hard. occasionally this will get the bike to flow through the wood effortlessly. i think what you are doing here is seperating the two parts of the front shocks completely, but its kinda hard to confirm that.
carry on leaning back for a little bit, then throw the rider forwards again to try and reach the pipes. i really cant help you with reaching the pipes afterwards, because i havent got the technique down for it myself.

    i hope this helps someone

I personally take comfort into knowing that my platinum medal on this track is "legit" and that most of the dudes that pulled of the shortcut wouldn't have it otherwise. It's a shame because this track is quite neat.

Yeah, im thinkin bout makin a #1 legit run, under 44 seconds is definitely possible. Can any of the top riders tell me their best times on this track before using the shortcut?
