when a friend is on line they are riding hard,fooling around,checking out the best or taking a test ride etc.So what does it mean when it says-watching a friend play-

So what does it mean when it says -watching a friend play-

It means you are logged in with your main Xbox Live gamertag, but you are not the one playing the game. Your friend is using another (offline) gamertag and another Xbox controller to play the game (you have two gamertags logged in at the same time).
