well i thought after finally getting into the top 5 on the global leaderboards ill get back to getting my faults down on midnight club,
i got to inferno with 0 faults, and towards the end i had a good feeling i was going for 0/3 which is a good start to MC
i then crashed at the last jump on inferno which gave me +1 faults.. usually id hit start and try again bearing in mind i have 3 faults on MC to start with, so for the hell of it i carried on, and actually 0 faulted the last 3 tracks.. now im kinda pissed but happy.. if id 0 faulted it i would have gone into 2nd place on the GLB + DLC... but actually ended up going into 5th with the 65,000 points i got for knockin 2 faults off my time, but if i hadnt crashed at that damn beam then id be 2nd right now!!!

yeah that beams a real ***** sometimes. last week i was on a good inferno run, wouldve been about 20-30 on the lb and faulted on that part at the end. as it stands im way down at about 190 on it so i was gutted
I know the feeling. My 1 fault on MC was on brown boxes.

I know how you feel man, I just cant 0 fault Inferno 2 consistently. Ive gotten to the tires with 0 faults and mess up 2-3 times then carry on. The devs were just being cruel putting this track in the middle of Midnight Club!

Ive deleted my system cache to play the original marathon and have 0 faulted it twice now. Those 24 tracks have nothing on the pure evilness that is Inferno 2.Originally Posted by Reaper392

Yeah, I hate that beam and the last section of Inferno 2 to be honest... I was on a good run on MC yesterday (only 5 faults on the first two tracks, my record being 25 faults overhaul) and there it was, 12 faults on inferno 2 in 3 checkpoints... I was gutted as I managed to do the last three with only 6 faults. That would have put me to 11 faults overhaul... Shame

after the medium tracks, just about any obstacle has the power to do that to me. i reckon i can clear practically every obstacle in the game cleanly...but can i do them all in one run?
