New Trials HD title update has been released today!

List of fixes:
- User track list now works fine with huge amount of tracks (up to 600 tracks). The menu was lagging quite heavily before the patch.
- The track sharing exploit that allowed players to steal tracks made by other players has been fixed.
- Various little bugfixes and performance improvements.

We like to thank all the players for reporting these two issues in user track system: the track stealing exploit and the heavy lag in the menus when over 400 user tracks has been downloaded. With your help and information, we were able to reproduce these issues and fix them. Thanks everyone!

I got a title update to day but I recently cleared my cache so i thought it might have been that.

Happy, you can download more tracks to a different device. If you have an MS Memory Unit or a 1GB or greater USB stick, save your tracks to those devices. Once you hit the 200 track limit for the device, you can manually move more tracks to it by going into the dashboard memory settings. The game will load those tracks, but it will not let you save more than 200 to the device while you are in game.

Yes, the limit is 200 per device. You can connect 1 hard drive and 2 memory units / USB drives -> you can have a total of 600 tracks loaded at the same time. Before the patch, the user track menu was REALLY slow and unresponsive if you had more than 400 tracks loaded.

so are you likely to announce any DLC before it comes out (if you are making any) or is there some sort of legal shenanigans that prevents you from doing so?

Just wondering because for a XBLA title with over a million players I cant understand how there is just one dlc pack
