I did enjoy the multiplayer in MW2 and my m8 and I had loads of fun plowing through Spec opsf only I used my own account) But now none of my m8's want to play through them again!
But overall, the multiplayer had me lose interest straight away! I got the game 4 weeks after it came out and found it really hard to learn the maps because people knew them so well and camped until they got the drone missile etc.
COD4 gets my vote for online play! I went as far as joining a clan in that one (HGC(High Grade Clan)not based on our skill level). I clocked up more hours in that than any other game (until THD) and always had a real good time winding up the other teams in the lobby, knowing I got a chance of beating them!
I think the kill streaks kind of ruined MW2 because everyone camps now more than ever. I played COD4 every day that I had time for at least a little bit. MW2 has been collecting dust now since before summer even started. COD4 everyone had the same kill streaks as well...3,5,7. Let's just hope that TreyArch learns from Infinity Ward's mistakes!

i'm a bad loser on MW2, which isn't a healthy sign because i'm not that good at it, enjoyed it for a bit, but got fed up of getting owned by xXXXCODMW2SNIPERKILLAZXx and others with such names....only to find out in the Lobby that they are a 9 year old from Scunthorpe telling me ''hey emcee your **** mate''.
I enjoyed the domination mode and did have a few games where I did really well, my best streak was 11 lol...I did like messing with the perks and set ups but after the 100th time of being stabbed in the ankle by some little scrotum laying hidden in grass I had to give it up man. The campaign was the nads though I finished it on veteran and enjoyed every level practically, some of it was hard as nails but rewarding.
Spec Ops was enjoyable with mates, especially both sniping someone in the snow, ''you take the one on the left, after 3'' was great co-op style! To be fair even if I could handle getting repeatedly owned by kids the community on this game is the most disgraceful of them all, even worse than GOW2...so I wouldn't put myself amongst that even if I was supreme sniper stylee!
If I had to pick one it would be MW2 because the campaign was tighter and spec ops was a good blast for a week or two, but give me SPlinter Cell COnviction over this pants any day of the week.

I totally agree.I especially liked how not one achievement had to do with anything online unless you want to count 2-player online Spec-Ops.Either way it made the achievements kinda easier.Originally Posted by emcee
I also agree.Before I started to see trailers and play the demo for Conviction before Its release I never even noticed the Splinter Cell series.But once I played the Conviction demo...and played the demo...and played the demo I fell in love with it.The campaign was a little too short but very good.I was very satisfied with every thing about the deniable ops mode ( including the online version )and loved watching my skill of it improve.It also had extremely good graghics.But it was made by ubisoft so I guess no surprise.Right behind Redlynx ,ubisoft is my favorite game maker. But I was sick of MW2 and Black Ops about 5 minutes after I started playing.
Had em all.. done em all on veteran. The only multiplayer I've liked is black ops.. don't know why though.. I'm getting bored of that know.. roll on November.. skyrim
