i started out with an idea, and it's quickly gone way over my ability to make a track.
what i was thinking was a really big box (at least 15m x 15m x 15m) that the rider sits in.
this box would be on a motorised gimball type arangement, so it could be rotated back and forth in any which way.
i was thinking of making a puzzle map in a small house, 2 rooms high, 2 rooms long and one or two rooms wide, depending on what i could fit into the room complexity.
with this, you could make an interesting puzzle, making you have to ride back and forth along the walls or ceiling. unfortunatly, the best i can manage is a 1x1x1 big concrete tile box that bounces horrificly when you start it up, so i'm putting this udea out to the community to see if you guys can do anything with it
I will try that when i get home, but I think that the room complexity will not allow this![]()
to get around the room complexity, place an object,Originally Posted by Oski
then select a second object with multiselect,
then unselect the 1st object with multiselect,
then unselect the 2nd object with multiselect.
this works for all objects, even ones that cant be glued when you've selected them (eg. pistons, cars, etc)
also, its been quite a while since i posted this. i have managed to get a room that spins in one direction working resonably well, but i have no idea how i can stop it, then start it again without activating the trigger that stopped the room in the first place
