2011 UPDATE - I finally got my last platinum medal from the Big Thrills DLC, so I now have 141/141!
The YouTube playlist link below has been updated to include the new tracks and tournaments!

Greetings Trials Community!
I purchased Trials HD back in January, and was immediately hooked on the game. It didn't take long before I set myself the very challenging goal of acquiring all 95 Platinum Medals (That includes all tracks, skill games, and tournaments). I also decided that I was going to record all of it, which was fairly simple for the tracks and skill games, but required recording every run on the tournaments since they don't offer replays!
I'm proud to announce that only a few days ago I got my 95th and final Platinum Medal on The Midnight Club, so here's a link to a YouTube playlist containing videos for all 95 Platinum Medals in Trials HD:
http://www.youtube.com/view_play_lis...B25C8EE0E0B160
The videos are all also posted on my own site:
http://malachyte.net/hobbies_games_console.html
The advantage of watching them here is that I included "Marathon" videos - One for all 95 (Over 2.5 hours long!), as well as ones for each difficulty, one for all the Skill Games, and one for all the Tournaments.
I should note that all but one of these runs was my first time ever getting Platinum in the given level/skill game/tournament. Therefore there is definitely room for improvement on a lot of these, however for the sake of completing my "95/95" goal sooner rather than later, I always simply moved on to the next track after getting Platinum, whether it took 2 tries or 2,000 tries. I may or may not go back and revisit some of them at a later time, although now that I've finally completed my goal I'm much more interested in thoroughly exploring the world of user created tracks (creating my own as well as playing tracks created by others).
"All but one of these runs was my first time ever getting Platinum" - Why?
I had an amazing fluke run on "Inside The Ball", my 2nd time ever playing it. This was before I had even completed an extreme track, so I couldn't even tell that it was a Platinum run at the time... Unfortunately I was not in the top 5000 so I had to go back and do it again for the replay - comically I only beat my old record by a tiny bit, so the run is almost the same.
Finally, I should note that besides exploring user-created tracks and creating my own, I do eventually plan to come back and work on 0-faulting The Midnight Club, and don't worry, I will be recording every attempt.
Thanks to RedLynx for creating such an amazing game!
BTW, can someone tell me what the platinum requirement for the *original version* of the Ultimate Endurance Tournament was, just out of curiosity? I purchased the Big Pack DLC at the same time as the game and didn't learn until later that this tournament had been modified to be much easier.

wow..
im very impressed.
first of all i must say i feel gutted when i read you find the race tracks fairly simple, im working my *** of to complete the extreme platinums
and you recorded it all, and labeled it in a great way.
ill def look into you collection!
sick job man
, props
Allow me to clarify! I did not mean that I found the race tracks simple, I meant that recording them was simple because whether I was top 5000 or not I could simply turn my recorder on and press X to watch the replay immediately after getting Platinum. There are no replays for Tournaments so I had to record every attempt, which was a major pain in the *** - "World Championship" took me weeks! ( I actually had a harder time with that than any other Platinum in the game, including The Midnight Club ).Originally Posted by eflixxx
As far as the individual tracks, I found Goin' Up and Diabolic to be the hardest to get platinum on (Very ironic that I 0-faulted both of these on my Platinum run of The Midnight Club... [Of course I made up for it by getting THREE faults in a row on Inferno II]), and I definitely didn't mean to imply that they were simple! In fact, all the Extreme tracks, as well as tracks like King of the Hill, Isabelle, and Prison Break were all quite challenging.
That being said, I much preferred the challenge of completing very technical tracks with 0 faults with time not being much of an issue over completing easy tracks very quickly. I found that getting Platinum on all the Beginner and Easy tracks was very tedious and frustrating, even though I spent much more time on the Hard and Extreme tracks.
Anyway, thanks again for subscribing to me on YouTube! My first Trials fan... Yay!!![]()
hehe ok i see
ill look some more on your runs later tonite, see if i can pick up some tips
im currently gettign Inferno undwer wraps, i get to the last two obstacles almost every run, so i thk ill get it tonite. (knocks on wood) then i only got Going up and Diabolo left too.. =/
heres the old ultimate endurance track list someone posted in a different thread.
having king of the hill as #23 must have really sucked for the guys who were on the verge of getting it (i wasn't even close to being good enough to get the old UE 0 faulted before the patch)Originally Posted by Brakara and UseLessUK
Thanks for the track list!
Wow, you're very right - why would they put King of the Hill so late in the tournament? The main reason that World Championship was the hardest Platinum for me was that track - I made it to that track with 0 faults countless times before making it. Interesting that every Hard track included in the old Ultimate Endurance is also in World Championship...
Obviously 0-faulting the old version of Ultimate Endurance was required for the achievement, and I'm assuming that it was also required for Platinum, since The Midnight Club is still the only Platinum in the game that does not require 0-faulting. It this true that you were also required to 0-fault for the old 24-track version of the tournament? Also, what was the time cutoff for Platinum?
To make it difficult. If everybody can get it it's not that special ya know.Originally Posted by Malachyte
You had to get 0 to get achievement but you could get a achievement and not get platinum. Guy at the bottom of the 0 fault list took 24 minutes to get it. I'm not sure what the plat cut off time was.Originally Posted by Malachyte
Out of curiosity what rank are you with just platinums and not going back to improve time or distance? What's your best rank out of all your tracks?
That's a very interesting question! I figured if I was researching this data I might as well be thorough and document my ranks and times on all the tracks before I go and improve any of them. I've highlighted my best rank in each difficulty, and since fewer people have played the DLC I've also highlighted my top non-DLC rank in each difficulty [Incl. Skill Games and Tournaments], otherwise my best rank would always be on a DLC track/Skill Game/Tournament.Originally Posted by ender3
