Really? I agree with you that we, as humans, will never achieve the perfect time on Trials, but I think that there is a 'perfect time.' If there's not a perfect time, and every run is always improvable by even a millisecond, then by that logic, a one millisecond run will be possible on any track. But yeah, again, there definitely is a human limit.

I've been trying for days to beat Kyoshi's time on Easy Wheeling, I can be ahead of my time by .300 every run but even with a perfect ending my .300 turns into +.140 . I'll get it, someday.
