Why is there blue graffiti on the map under ground??!!?? | Forums

I was playing the world championship and i came upon the track under ground, and there was a bunch of blue graffiti all over the walls. I backed out and went to the actual track and it was still there. It even shows up on the replays.
Anyone know what this is? Is it like this for everyone?
