Its called a Capture Card, you can get them on ebay fairly cheap (:
I know its a capture card no offense, but no recomadations?Originally Posted by xINUTT3IR

but anyways, from what i hear about cap cards, dont go to cheap, but you dont need to go real expensive either. a nearly cheap model seems to put out about the same results as the expensive ones, and sometimes on the really cheap ones, the audio is off alittle, or ya have video problems, but i guess that depends on the make of the card and sometimes the really cheap ones can do jus as good as any of em jus depends, i wouldn't mind getting one myself but i'm to broke to buy anything...
Ohh right, my friend was chatting about a Dazzle capture card the other day, think he said that there pretty good.
Sorry for the noob question, but do you need to connect the xbox directly to the computer with a capture card? Is it tricky to capture video if your computer is in a totally different room across the house?
I have no idea how this shiz works.

I have a Dazzle Video Creator Platinum. It cost me about 90€...
It has pretty good video quality: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pPOpfQ59XQY
It needed a little bit of "haxing" to get it working in PAL60, as you can see in the beginning of
the video I had to change some settings to get it to show in color... This means that you need to
edit every video!
We use this one: http://www.blackmagic-design.com/products/intensity/
It has really good image quality, and can capture all HD resolutions over HDMI connection.
yeah same here.....Originally Posted by jook13
