Re: need help with spread sheet calculater

    Jay,

( I'm assuming you're talking about my new Global+DLC worksheet, not the original one.)

I probably did add a few extra bells and whistles, but I think I can boil it down to only the bare necessities:

    1. On the "Races" worksheet, enter your values in column E (faults) and column F (time). Look at columns O, P and Q to see how much you could improve your score on each individual track, if you were able to get a platinum or tie the track record. Ignore all other columns.

    2. On the "Tournaments" worksheet, enter your values in column E (faults) and column F (time). Look at columns O, P and Q to see how much you could improve your score on each tournament, if you were able to get a platinum or tie the track record. Ignore all other columns.

    3. On the "Skill Games" worksheet, enter your values in column F (score). Look at columns N, O, and P to see how much you could improve your score on this skill game, if you were able to get a platinum or tie the record. Ignore all other columns.

    4. On the "Summary" worksheet, look at the figures labeled "Total Increase from Attaining" (in cells D8:F21). These should help you figure out whether to focus on Races, Tournaments, or Skill Games.

    Thats it!
After you get your times entered in, let me know if you have more questions!

Re: need help with spread sheet calculater

I did my skill games and tournys, haven't done my tracks but need to if i'm gonna challenge Lost, but anyway...make sure your entering your times correctly, you can't enter 1.11.347, you have to do 1:11.347, and when you click off the cell it should adjust automatically.

The stuff about percentages needs to be done on the summery page. If you give us a specific issue we may could help better.
