Ok I just created a screen name on the boards... I have to say, its weird seeing alot of the people on the leaderboards on this site. It makes my Trials experience all the more real. I want to get a top 10 score someday. Any tips?

    First of all, welcome!

Second, to quickly answer your question - practice, watch lots of replays, and practice some more.

I'm not sure what level you are at, but if you're having difficulties with the Extreme tracks, forget them for now. Play the easier tracks first until you've got them down, and possibly even platinumed. Once you are pretty confident you're going to get a zero-fault run on even the Hard tracks, the Extreme tracks will be so much easier.

A lot of us have set small (and larger) goals for ourselves. For example:

    1. Make the top 10,000 on the leaderboards
    2. Zero-fault all tracks
    3. Make the top 5,000 on the leaderboards
    4. Make the top 5,000 on every individual track
    5. Etc., etc...

Setting these kinds of goals helped a lot of us make it to the top 500 or so. Check out the topic here for lists of personal goals.

hello um not so sure what to say but I LOVE Trials HD I actually stayed up all night to download it and same with the Big Pack DLC. Just recently I made some tracks and actually put some time and effort into them. I suppose my Trials HD claim to fame would have to be my Achievement tutorial that I made only hours after the game came out and has accumulated over 45,000 views!! Maybe you have seen it "Trials HD ::Achievement Guide:: Market Meltdown"

Thanks and I plan on playing Trials for a very long time and being active in this forum

Hi Im JJ. I come from germany and I'm currently 15years old.
My hobbys are: Tennis, videogames, modding and yeahh thats basically it.
1Year ago I was a pro CS:S player in the ESL/EPS but now its over because 80% of all the members went to mousesportz but I didnt want to go there (and some other probs.)
    Now I play Trials HD.
At the moment I focus on the valve/hammer editor and the cryengine/editor. Im also learing script writing and animating at the moment.
I make Trials HD track in my actually rare spare time. Im online about 3-4 hours a day but I'm actually learning or doing other stuff on the computer. ( What a waste of electricity )
Ahh yeahh and I normaly create Trials tracks in about 4-5 hours so dont wonder if they suck. I dont really concentrate myself on making these!

Hello, My name is T.J. I'm 24 years old from Ohio. I started playing Trials HD last summer and didn't seriously start playing it until a few months ago. I've been on the forums many times but never made an account until now. This is basically the only game I play when the xbox turns on! Other than that I am an H-VAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and welding major and want to become more active on the forums!

Re: My First Post + Introduce yourself!

Hi guys, was just searching for some kind of community for this game and found this great forum! Can't beleive just how popular this game has proved to be!

My name is Jonny, I am a 24 year old trainee Maths teacher and live in Berkshire, UK. Got Trials about 2 weeks ago, took me a few days to get into it but am now completely hooked! Ranked about 7000th overall but on the way up.

Anyway just though I'd introduce myself to the community, can't guarantee that I will be posting everyday but am sure I'll be popping in from time to time.

Hi all, I'm Kev, GT Springveldt. Been playing Trials for around a couple of months now, still terrible but getting better all the time. I've managed to Platinum all the Beginner and Easy tracks except for Groundhog Begins, that one is doing my nut in.
Ambition is to get into the top 5000, way off that just now as I haven't played many of the Skill games or tournaments but my recent times on a few tracks suggest it might be achievable if I keep on playing.
Trials time is going to get reduced in a few weeks when baby #2 arrives so trying to make the most of it just now.

Played the demo version so many times and then finally purchased it last week. I'm so addicted to it and its making me late to anywhere I go! Not amazing at it right now, but still having tons of fun with it.
