Re: My First Post + Introduce yourself!

Hi guys. Been lurking for awhile. I've been playing for about three weeks and I've gotten a ton better. I've convinced several IRL friends to get the game too, so now I have some people chasing my heels. This seems like a great community you have here. I just started looking into playing custom tracks, so some of you might be getting some FRs.

I have not figured it out yet...is this the hardest easy game on xbox or the easiest hard game...all I know is I am addicted and have been for 2 years. It is my favorite game to kill time with and then some. Will be fun to race head to head with everyone soon.

I'm far from new here but oh well.

Hello. My name is Seth* and I'm from the Midwest, USA. I discovered Trials one month after it's release due to Inferno II being hard to pass. I thought it looked easy and the demo was fun so I bought it. I was surprised when I got to Inferno II on how hard it really was. Since then I've played Trials more than any other game I own. I'm currently ranked something like 1300 + dlc due to the dlc tournaments.

I'm also interested in first-person shooters, racing games, and good arcade titles such as Braid. Outside of gaming I enjoy art (Surrealism, Post-Impressionist), movies, music, reading, and sometimes fishing (Altough I don't do it a lot since I'm a vegetarian)

*BBB is my username here because at the time of creating this account my gamertag was my full name and BBB was first thing I thought of. I have no interest in beatboxing, nor have anything to do with Bob. (although feel free to keep calling me it since it's probably easier)

Re: My First Post + Introduce yourself!

hello. Well I'm taking the plunge and posting for the first time after being a ninja lurker for some time. I found the the forum through a google search looking for trials info. When I first played the demo i fell in love! I never took the game very serious till a few months ago, it was more of a fun late night "whiskey and coke" game, but now I'm all about getting into the top 1k. (currently around 2500).

Olderty is my gamer tag. I really look forward to adding some folks and playing these awesome looking user made tracks.

well, time to make another drink and fire up that dam inferno, I feel the zero fault coming tonight!!

    hey there,

been playing for about a year and a half, but only recently have I got into it seriously.

just about to break top 5000 (+dlc) and just wanting to pick up some tips and techniques.

Best memory so far is the day I realised I wasn't scared of King of the Hill anymore.

Re: My First Post + Introduce yourself!

Good morning Ladies and Nerds. I've been playing trials 2 for some time now. Getting #7 global ranking just yesterday. http://redlynxtrials.com/ProfileBrow...n?name=Kim1337

Now as you can see I am indeed a very very skilled player and I'd like to participate to your community. There are some problems though:

    1. I don't own an xbox
    2. I don't like to use gamepads
    3. I don't have a big TV

So at christmas I had an exchange with my mom. My small 4:3 ****ter against her 5 Meter wide 21:9(good deal). I also got myself an xbox (No I didn't. Santa got it for me). And I started up Trials HD for the first time.

The first meters I drove were hard (My Genitals not the game). But after some time I also got used to the gamepad and I am willing and able to master the game.
Right now I completed all easy, mediums and most of the hards and some extreme tracks. Pretty addictive game. Sometimes it glitches out but most of the time theres nothing to complain about (besides the ugly face of the driver).

Another good thing is obviously on one hand the Level editor + the sharing of your own tracks with others. A bad thing though is that there are actually no top10 lists of Custom tracks .
But I guess I can live with that.

So, some of you might already know me from the webchat chat. I've been there for some time now and met some nice people like:

That's for me I guess. Some more minor informations I still got: 16yo/troll/male/sexual attracted to women/b/german.

    Bye

    -Kim

    Hey Chekka!

Welcome to the forums! I hope you enjoy it here.

There are a few people who still bang out tracks on a semi-regular basis. You can find their threads in the User Created section.

    Keep on riding!
