not to my knowledge. it was a one time only special for me.

One of us got it single time during development. Nobody here has seen it since.

got it again today.

i dont know if this is helping to cause the bug, but whenever i boot up the game, i go straight to the LB and try to load the global ranking one. then once thats loaded the global + DLC has usually decided to turn up, so i have a quick look there to see if anyones moved.
then i went to the 'get tracks' bit, and tried to download a bunch of tracks i got pm'd about.

i didnt even notice the bug for about 15-30 minutes because it only happens on the underground bits.

to me it seems very random. but as often as once a week. doesnt bother me none. i just wish we could paint with trees and dirt and sand and different outdoor effects. although there has been some really creative use of the given landscape blocks.
