a little challenge for the community

    here are the two challenges:
    1. complete any levels you can without moving the riders posture
faults are ok for this one, but runs with a giant crash landing to get to the checkpoint, then a restart, are not encouraged, but i'm still ok with them
    2. complete any track with full throttle on the whole time (also, braking + throttle isnt allowed)
also, no faults allowed for this one

i'll add the levels to the 'completed list' as soon as someone confirms they've done it.

videos are encouraged, but not neccessary

    No posture changes:

    Beginner:
    - All
    (including tutorial)

    Easy:
    - All
    (including tutorial)

    Medium:
    - wheres the ground?
    - lets get physical
    - container rush
    - dreamscape
    - stock market
    - tired hill
    - groundhog returns (obviously)
    - rock and drop
    - jolly jumper

    Hard:
    - Dynamic range (with big crash landing after railway cart jump)
    - Unfair bombardment
    - Junkyard

    Full throttle

    Beginner:
    - all
    (including tutorial)

    Easy:
    - all
    (including tutorial)

    Medium:
    - all (including tutorial) except:
    - workshop of secrets
    - Dangerous ride
    - 1 bit trip
    - Pipe network
    - Fantastic (is this medium or hard?)

    Hard:
    - tutorial

I've only done Groundhog for the achievement but the others I never even thought about it.

I'm definitely going to try this out within the next couple days. Also, this thread made me think of something else. Anyone remember the Full Throttle achievement? I don't think another thread is necessary, unless the OP would prefer it.

Let's see which tracks can be faultlessly completed holding down the gas the entire way. Faultlessly because if you're able to restart at a checkpoint spot, you might be able to clear an obstacle (in addition, I think that some checkpoint/obstacle pairs are designed so you can easily clear the obstacle if you start exactly at the checkpoint spot). I'll keep track of a list. DLC included. (Also, can you use the brakes to get the achievement, provided that you still keep the gas held down? You can also feather the gas too, as long as you don't release it, correct?)

    Can:
    Container Rush

    Can't:
Goin' Up personally haven't tried this, but I can't imagine that it's possible to complete the part where you have to go backwards (before the box), while using the gas)

    ^^
the full throttle list is up, and i've added two more tracks to the cant list because they also have backwards bits in them. there might be more, but i cant think of any right now

also, i'm not sure if you can get the achievement with going partial throttle for some of the way, or hitting brakes as well as gas, so i've put the question in the OP

i'd say it's safe to say none of the extreme tracks or King Of The Hill can be done with full throttle or not changing the riders position

would love someone to prove me wrong

I laughed at this, and then died a little inside
I really think for no posture change you are limited to medium and lower.

Re: a little challenge for the community

The tutorials are part of the game, right? I bet we all forgot about them. However, I think they should definitely be included.

I'm out of time, so here are the ones I did for Full Throttle. All of these I did without using the brakes and with the gas punched all the way (with the Pheonix).

All Beginner and Easy Tracks (including both of the tutorials)
    The Medium tutorial
    Where's the Ground?

I couldn't get Let's Get Physcial. I couldn't get past the part where the long wooden board flings you up onto the higher platform. Since I had the gas punched, I would fly right past it and smash my head into the wall Even then, if someone got past that, I think people would have a hard time with the part where you have to sit on the edge of that mobile long piece of steel where your weight tilts it down and allows you to go to the next area, because if you're punching the gas, you'll ram your head into the wall.

Haven't tried anything else, besides Container Rush, obviously.

Another thing to note is that I legitimately completed the Medium tutorial with the gas completely punched, without using the brakes, even though it has a part where you go backwards. I flew at the wall with great speed, landed with both of my wheels solidly on the wall, and the backwards momentum I had (because I hit the wall pretty hard and bounced off) was enough to allow me to fall backwards, despite having the gas punched. Therefore, I think we shouldn't assume something will make a list until it's definitively "proven" that it should be on a list.
