    "Press Forward" tracks

Has anyone ever made any press forward track for trials hd?

If you don't know what PF tracks are just watch these trackmania vids:

So it's basically a track where you do nothing but hold accelerate?
I don't think I'll be putting any effort into a track that takes no skill at all to complete but maybe thats just me.
Looks cool on Track Mania though.

Yes, the way the track is designed makes you do all kinds of crazy maneuvers

I think it would look much more interesting in trials due to the great interactivity between the various parts that can make up the level, all affected by physics and behaving realistically.

The ability to always know where the bike is would designers to create levels and runs that are a blast to watch (with stuff like domino chains etc.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g2VCfOC69jc) all going off and affecting the player.

    Re: "Press Forward" tracks

I've tried making a course like this. However, whenever you add a new object to your course, the physics of everything change slightly. So after a little while the beginning of your course that was once perfect now messes up. I'm not sure if adding a ton of objects in the beginning and then just placing them accordingly will prevent this problem or not. I suppose it could be worth a try.

@Euphoric - I can understand your point, but obviously these tracks would just be for a one time wow effect and then have the person move on to the next course. So it just depends on what you play custom tracks for and why you make them.

Don't get me wrong.... it would look sweet. But to build a track like that would take hours and hours to get perfect.
I don't think the Phoenix could even manage a track like that. You know how if you land wrong and give if full throttle you will just wheelie yourself right over.
It would have to be for the Turtle or Reptile and I haven't used those bikes since I first got the game

I noticed this yesterday, really annoying!

The press forward tracks would make excellent screen saver!
I don't see any longlivety in this style fo play. It would be cool to ride thru once or twice, but I prefer to actually ride when on the track.
