Maybe just pieces of a code that you need to put together then go online and figure out what it means and that will give you access to the next track
Something like this http://www.amnesya.com/
Actually it would be an awesome contest where you have to do both. Race for top spot and then find the code for the next tournament track to proceed. They would have to input the code on my website to be given access to the next track code.
The code could then be revealed in a week for those that couldn't find it and giving an edge to those that go above and beyond.
Times still counts towards the leaderboards so you need to play it both ways.
honestly man, i've never looked for an easter egg in any of your levels - mustard or otherwise - i'd say focus on making good tracks - if you want to hide something in the track fine but don't make it such a focal point of what you are doing - i've hidden eggs in the past but i don't tell everyone - most people here want to play trials HD not zelda - you've got great potential - i think if you really looked at the heart of what makes a great track you'd see that adding eggs is not gonna make your tracks any better
I disagree with your point, just because you assume his focal points are easter eggs. I love playing his tracks for easter eggs. I don't know how many times I have played tracks I don't like from actual trials JUST to find easter eggs.
His tracks are fun they usually have a fast technical way and a slow but easy way as well. Plus some easter eggs to keep the track fresh when you are done or pissed.
Actually I think all custom tracks should have a fun easter egg haha.

easter eggs are fun to put in and fun to find, but murdoc has a good point to a degree, make the track first, leave space for your eggs, but the track comes first, then do the egg with whatever you have left
there's nothing like running out of peaces at the end of the track, decor and easter eggs can always be refined, but the drive line needs to stay (assuming your happy with it).
like the sawhorse, you could make sawhorses, and have the users see how many sawhorses they can count, hide them all over, but keep in mind, sawhorses take like 5 peaces just to make 1 sawhorse, 20 sawhorses = 100 peaces
add 100 ontop of the amount of peaces your driveline takes, the driveline decor, and the decor around the driveline, you can run out of peaces very quickly
it should be prioritized kinna like:
-driveline
-driveline decor
-decor around driveline
-easter eggs
sometimes if your driveline decor is good, you dont need decor around the driveline, it jus depends on your line. easter eggs should be the last peaces you add, where ever and however you get to them and see them, you have already incorporated into the driveline, and you dont wanna make the easter eggs easy to find so having your driveline completed first, makes things look natrual, rather then something saying, "hey come down here and look".
I don't look for easter eggs that much either. I used to when the DLC came out, but I've never really looked for eggs on custom tracks. I guess I still have the mentality that I need to get to the finish as quickly as possible.. and after I can do the track with no faults, then I have time to go do what I want on it.
I actually did have a look on your track, Clues, but I had no idea what it was that I was looking for.
easter eggs that are cool are the ones that dont look like easter eggs, just look like really good set pieces/props/decos buried in the track. in other words, hidden logos are cool and everything but sick details that only a few would notice either on purpose or randomly are better.
I find them pretty cool and I like the challenge of getting to them sometimes!
Here's one I found by Mustard Trax, that made me laugh. I don't think you can see in this video, it's spraying out the top!![]()

thanks for the feedback guys... i take it all in and i like the tips. yes detail is always very important to me. i got obsessed with hidden stuff for the reason of being bored with a track or already beat the medals... but all feedback is considered quality feedback so thanks.
