Well i'm steadily climbing the overall leaderboards currenly about 2.5k but how are the points accumulated on the right hand side? is it so many points for how far under the platinum time you are ?
Thats correct, but when you get so far 'under' platinum time...you'll hardly gain any points at all. Your main goal is to:Originally Posted by hoppo111

Platinum every track, tournament, skill game etc - Platinum medals are worth 160,000 - 190,000 each. Then so many for how much seconds you get under that time.
But there are ALOT of explanations on the Global Score calculation, so fish around and you'll deffiently find much more deeper information on exactly how the points work.
Best way to increase your score is eliminate any faults.
1 fault= only 80% of max potential score
2 faults= 60%
3 faults=40%
and so on.....or something like that.
There is a thread that fully explains it, or you can check out trialshd.net and d/load a spreadsheet that explains it.
More than 5 faults, and I think you don't score, but I could be wrong on that.
Also, try and get your skill games rank low. Most people forget to work on them once they have improved and loose out on rankings!
Hope this is correct and hope it helps.
