Re: Fairly New - Addicted Already (31) looking for a Trials pal.
the two wooden banks in inferno 2 almost killed me. for me, thats been the hardest obstacle in the whole game. i maxed out both time and foults there a number of times before finally passing it. (and then failing on the next beam, haha)
its still a hard spot, but now i can get over it in a few tries. getting these gaps to steep banks are essential for getting good times on the extreme tracks, and playing customs helped me get better at those.

Re: Fairly New - Addicted Already (31) looking for a Trials pal.
Just had a bash at a few custom maps, some of them are really impressive I have to say. I will have another bash at Inferno today, its one of the steep bits that im stuck on. I just gave up eventually before I threw the xbox out the window lol (strange that the game makes me so mad yet so happy at the same time!)
To be honest I still find the hard maps "hard" but im getting better, I just got Technique down to 1 fault but its that last steep jump that always ruins it for me, I just cant seem to do it without faulting at least once.
Watching yours and the others videos has helped because I can relate to the skills shown in most of them, whereas people like Lestrophie just bash through things, whilst probably twiddling his thumbs.
Right then back to it!

I was exactly the same as you when i started, found the extreme tracks near impossible (still are extremely hard to me)
But now after a few months of playing. i have a platinum on every medium track, 4 or 5 on hard.. once you've played each track over a 1000 times and you know the fastest route you will remember posting this and think.. "pfft"..
