need help with hill climb, 4th in the world | Forums

on the DLC hill climb, i can usually (with a bit of persistance) get past the bit where the scaffolding falls down past the camera, and the track behind you blows up.

however, after ive got over that pesky barrel, i cant quite make it up to the next bit - i am always just a little bit short of that incredibly steep landing. is there any magical technique that will help me get that extra bit of height i need, or is it just a case of being right on the limit of the power the rider can use without flipping over?

snapperooni. i get over the barrel then it's just a matter of (short) time before i've flipped over. going as slow as you can doesn't seem to help.

i am poor at hill climb.

I wish i could be consistant on clearing that really steep bit with the barrel. I find it SO hard, but once im past that, i think i maybe could get to the top.
So any tips on that bit?

I find it easiest to lean forward but let go of the analog stick so you are leaning without holding right. feather the gas and get as low as you can then gun it and bunnyhop with a quick left-right action. Dont touch the left or right till the bunny hop action.

yeah, right as i hit the barrels i finesse lean forward
