I play on a tiny TV as I do for games like guitar hero and it doesn't really affect me. I've also played trials on my HD tv and I don't find it makes a difference.
I own a 48 inch wide screen HD1080p Mitsubishi. Its a projector screen tv which you all have seen in my pic in the original marathon achievment thread.
Yes, it's a sexy thing.Originally Posted by p5ych020
I play on my 15" laptop monitor with a capture card, 640x480, with an input switch between TV coaxial, Gamecube, and 360... the perfect setup, lol.
I play on a 32" 1080p (HD) Panasonic but before when i had to play on a 22" TV HD my trials times were pretty bad when i used the 22". although i could probably play on a 50" samsung but its only 1080i and then theres a 4 year old hdtv 720p samsung in the kitchen
The big Samsung is in the biggest room
ive got a 26 inch 720p lcd tv, i had a 20 inch crt tv(fat tv) but i couldnt read the text on the trials hd game
when i started using my new tv there was a lot of noticible lag between my controller actions and the actions actually happening, i dont notice it too much anymore but if u are to get a new tv make sure it has a good reaction time(like at least 4ms) and have a high frame frequency. If u play fps games then i wouldnt go any bigger than 26 because theres too much too look at, but for trials a big tv would be fine
