Murdoc hijacked my thread in the second post

I spent 2 hours trying to beat him, but failed. However, I did learn how to do the bounce through the bunkbeds, and the tap-pop on the bars in the exercise yard. I just need to pull them off without a mistake

    Bring on the hards!

Good job dude, plat on the extremes is not easy, im currently working my way thru the hard levels, getting approx one platinum a day. since i got the game i never thought it would be possible for me to platinum teh hard or extreme tracks at all, but i keep progressing, so one day maybe ill get there. (if not skate 3 drops before i get there, then im out)

btw i love your replays, good quality, and good runs. i learn a lot from watching yours and other peoples platinum runs, so thanks for uploading them

Thanks! I have some better runs that aren't uploaded.. I can upload those if you want, or you can just send me an FR and check the replays that way. ( I don't think you're on my friends list..)

And as for progression, it sounds like you're still progressing quite nicely if you're picking up platinums regularly. I never thought I'd get there either, but I still look back every couple weeks and realize that my skills are still improving.

Managed to zero-fault Diabolic today, and platinum came along with it. About half an hour later, platinumed Greatest Hits.

    Just Inferno II now..

    congrats

have you 0 faulted inferno II and just need to plat it now? or have you not 0 faulted it yet?

i still need to play Greatest Hits. i can 0 fault it pretty easily but need to check the replays to see where i can do obstacles much quicker.

I've zero faulted it already.. and about 10 minutes after my last post, i made the beam jump at the end of Inferno II and as I went to slow down on the platform, I tipped forward and crashed. I had 15 seconds to navigate the swinging hammers..

For Greatest Hits, you could take the shortcut at the end by jumping the last checkpoint.. I also ended up trying to chain together a couple checkpoints into one fluid movement (but it's a tough track to do that on). I only made platinum by just over a second.

ouch! not a good way to miss out on the platinum. first time i made it to that point i did a similar thing. i made the beam jump then braked before going down the little ramp towards the hammers, and flipped by bike forwards. took me another hour or so to make it to that point faultless and in good time again...

will defo try that on Greatest Hits. cos i normally don't try and miss the last obstacle actually. it's my only track left to platinum so i'm obliged to just cane it until i plat it now
