i tried the demo but for some reason i cannot connect to online at all. wierd.
Ou and have to say that in videos etc. the game looks really solid!
I tried the demo, but it'll be one for the PC I reckon. On the 360 there was too much in the way of screen tearing, smeared textures, and also the controls aren't overly refined for controller play (doesn't feel anywhere near as good as MW2 to control on the 360).
Yep, on the PC will be where it's at for BC2, and that's what I'll be buying it for - let me know if you're gunna grab it for PC Skum.
A shame the servers were a little bit fluky upon release of the demo, Which is more a server test for EA than anything else. Constantly under maintenance, And always being tweaked, The servers have been adjusted. Definitely worth another attempt. Also keep in mind that the demo does not allow certain in game customizations that will also enhance the experience. Along with the classic CONQUEST mode. And new modes.Originally Posted by ANBA

I play the PC beta and love it so far. The complete destruction gives many points to the game. I'll probably get it with a couple of buddies, but maybe around summer.
Two things i didn't like were:
-no AA above 1x for the Dx9 version and without a really good reason about this.
-no SDK will be released to the public, so no modding. That's a shame, because Battlefield games have a large community and a great past on modding.
Other than that, it's a great game. Btw, i hope they will find a way to support 62 players, like in the old Battlefield games. They said it's been raised at 32 (from 24 on consoles), but i saw some games with 40 players. Maybe a glitch, maybe they are experimenting with more players. Time will tell.
What up Soad. I've actually seen MOD's using different colors for the avatars. And other MOD's i wouldn't even want to mention. I'm glad I'm on XBOX, Aside from the in game differences, Like the zoom when you raise your rifle, And squad set up on PC, Are by far superior.

I've put 46 hours into the demo, but that's nothing compared to what Skumbag has put in
I just played a game and got 5600 points, I was on fire! 38 kills, 12 deaths.
I, for one, can not wait for the game to release. The demo has sucked more out of me then some full blown titles. Crazy that I can play one map and still not be bored...every game is a new experience. Awesome title...love the series. Look me up when the game releases, would love to squad up with some fellow Trials Community Members.
What up Tom, Gryph. Actually, Most of those hours Tom, Are me on the comp. with my t.v. off and xbox on. ( I hate having to reset my settings on the demo each time ) Good thing when the game comes out ( With campaign ) It won't count menu time as game time, lol. I've been a BF vet since the original XBOX demo on BACKSTAB. they've changed a lot of things for the worst. Some for the better. Still the best FPS available to date, IMO. The Trials style ragdoll physics are one of the many features that make it impossible to get old.
