Re: Help for track creators - Advertising yourself and your maps

Thanks. As you can see I'm new here, (first post actually). I just made my first track, and it too me like 8 hours to do. I just lost track of time haha.

Thanks for giving us new cats a heads up on how to get a map out there.

This. I often don't give feedback because people tend to get offended if I point out some things that could need fixing in their tracks. Of course it's always nice to hear positive feedback, but I personally value constructive criticism the most.
Constructive/Negative feedback is the MOST important. People often just take what they like for granted as if its just assumed thats the norm. We only learn from other peoples negative experiences of our work imho as thats the areas we need to work on. NEGATIVE IS THE POSITIVE OF THE FUTURE!!

please add youtube video also. And if player dont have capture etc.. there are usually people that can help with video.
I add a NEW Track Creator Playlist whenever I come across someone thats done a good job to my YouTube & am more than happy doing the videos. Sometimes I'll advise on not doing so for the time being and help with certain aspects etc regards layout, driving line but I'm on most evenings (UK Time) & always around to help out with either opinion or video if you feel you have reached recording status LOL
