I see, although from your picture it looks like you will use tires to do the "sliding". It all depends on how well you know the editor, but I see no reason why this contraption would be hard to make. If you have any questions on the specifics of making it, just post'em here.
The last thing though aren't those wheels gain a whole bunch of momentum.
