It has never happened with me before. I guess it could be achieved with the right lighting, explosions and surroundings. Has it happened again when you played the track some more?

I see no glitch here.
However, i do see some nice trigger/light works.

yes, after watching it a couple times you can tell he used bowling pins in a couple spots to make the design lol

this is no glitch he activated a trigger which turned on a very impressive display of lights that made objects appear on the wall.
