I ran into what I'm almost certain is a bug with the anti-gravity tool. I was working on a track and was in the process of testing different methods of slowing a platform down so I tried the anti-grav tool on it.came to realize the anti-grav tool effects the entire track space not just an object or small area) I had the anti-grav physics turned on and while I still had it selected I pressed the select button (physics test) and the anti-grav object shot skyward at an alarming speed taking me with it. In a second I was outside of the level and at that point I pressed the select button again reseting the anti-grav object and quickly deleting it.
Now, the wierd part is after that happened my entire track was at half gravity. I searched and searched for the anti-grav object, but I never could find it. So I assume it is stuck outside of the track somewhere and perhaps I didn't delete itt happened very fast, I press buttons quickly by muscle memory).
Long story short I had to revert to my last save point and recommence.
I've found the craziest bug. I'm able to load almost every custom track I have no matter who made it into the editor, share, edit, upload.. pretty much do anything with them. I messaged ANBA on Live about it already. I've got a little more detailed info on it and how it happened as it happened to me again yesterday. I'll PM you in a little while sebbbi, I dont want to post any details here for reasons that should be obvious. I want to see if I can replicate how it happened last night, I'm thinking it might have something to do with the new DLC, but I'll let you guys no for sure soon.
Sounds like a feature to me.
Currently seems that the Xbox Live leaderboards are reaaaaally slow. It takes around a minute to open up any of the leaderboard screens or to see any track selector mini leaderboards. Same for in-game friend score meters.
My game crashed yesterday for the first time!
I had just been playing 'Inside the Ball', then moved onto Pain Again, and it completely froze when I pressed A to play it. I have the patch installed.
I'm glad it isn't just me that is having these problems. It takes me longer to view my friends times than the overall timesOriginally Posted by sebbbi![]()
Yes, this is the most common crash bug in the game. We are testing a fix for it. All other crash bugs are very rare, and only affect very limited amount of players.Originally Posted by supertom
I noticed the same. "My Score" and "Overall" leaderboards are really fast, less than one second to open for tracks and global scores. "Friends" leaderboard takes around 10-30 seconds to open up a single leaderboard, when accessed from main menu leaderboards section. When track selector is opened, it seems that the game first downloads scores to all the difficulty category mini friend leaderboards before any leaderboard menus work (pressing Y and selecting "My Score" for example waits until all friend mini leaderboards have been loaded)... And because the friend leaderboards have become so slow, this means that you have to wait for around 2-5 minutes before the leaderboards work from the track selector (and in-game friend comparison works).Originally Posted by Mellar
This issue does not affect only the game itself. The Trials HD friend leaderboard in the Xbox dashboard is equally slow. It takes around 10-20 seconds to open up (the dashboard leaderboard for other XBLA games I tested loads instantly). So this is definetely not a bug inside the game. It has to be that the Xbox Live server handling Trials HD leaderboards is under heavy load. This is not something that RedLynx can fix. We have to investigate more to find answers to this leaderboard slowdown. Lets hope that there is an easy and quick solution available.
I'm aware it's nothing to do with your side or the gameOriginally Posted by sebbbiI just don't see how the servers could be under heavy load now

Will the slow downs effect anything else other than looking at other peoples scores?
The game has been selling like hot cakes during the whole Christmas period (lots of new players are playing the game). And the DLC has been selling really well too (bringing back old players to play the game again). We have more active players now than ever.Originally Posted by Mellar
Haven't noticed any other effects. You just have to wait a bit more than usually to see the leaderboard data.Originally Posted by Mellar
I never realised that, it's good to hearOriginally Posted by sebbbi![]()
Thanks for clearing this up, I just hope Microsoft fix this or add a few more serversOriginally Posted by sebbbi![]()
