How do you get the trampoline to work?

I'm sure you attach a valve to it, but am uncertain.
    Anyone know?

The trampoline has to be glued to a pushing piston, which that must be glued to a non-physics object to keep the whole thing stationary. Otherwise it's just a giant circle

I had a little trouble getting the trampoling and piston glued at first but then I got it. Yeah you basically need the push piston (regular) and glue the trampoline to the top and glue the piston to a piece on the ground. Put a trigger in the middle and turn on animation and physics for the trampoline and piston and now it works.
Actually i had a little trouble when i tried the trigger, for some reason they wouldnt stay together

Use dummy pivots as a middle glue object, they never fall apart when I use them
