Can someone please explain to me what the new physics objects: Slider, Linear Damper, and Angular Damper... Do? I can't figure out how to work them.

Also, would I use something like the Slider tool to create an opening doorway similar to the one in Space Station (the beginning)

they do exactly what the description says.

linear slows down moving physics objects, just glue it to the ones you want to have slow movement

angular slows down the rotation of physics objects that are built to rotate

slider causes physics objects glued to it to slide on a set path (straight line) just angle the slider object to get the desired sliding path

i'm still having trouble with the slider.... =( Please give me some specific instructions
