Dont know if this means anything but playin one of ANBA's custom, escaping ramps- i fell through one of the gaps and the number 14 was highlighted as i crashed the ground. Perhaps this has to do with the bigger picture? Good luck anyway.

Best of luck figuring it out!

My apologies mate, just assumed from the site's origin. So glad you knew what this was, I've not contributed a huge amount to this search but I'd made it my mission to suss that box out. Got the documentary lined up to watch in an hour or two and hopefully there'll be something in there to help us move forwards.

    Re: Easter Eggs

Hi all, I'm a new one to the mystery, and I'm trying to get my feet wet in helping solve it.

One thought I had about the Fibonacci sequence image with the binary dots underneath. It looks to me there might be a trailing blank at the end of the numbers, which would mean an extra 0. That would mean "101010011110" instead of "10101001111", which in decimal would be 2718 instead of 1359. Edit: I just realized the number e = 2.718..., that has to be it. What's the relationship between e and Fibonacci?

    A couple of other thoughts...

Some of these clues seem like paired clues, like the Fibonacci/binary image - it seems like the Fibonacci sequence should inform the binary numbers in some way, not sure how.

The SKA-788 and SU-122 seems really interesting. First, subtracted equal "666" (number of the devil) and the location (via Kubrick's box) is central to the Jack the Ripper murders. The "SKA vs. SU letters" might have some importance as well, not sure how to approach that. But I recommend reading the Alan Moore "From Hell" graphic novel which is VERY dense and filled with a lot of intricate symbology and mystery-solving as well - I'm guessing that was the point of including a Jack the Ripper reference. The key theme of all of these puzzles seems to be some relationship to unsolved mysteries/puzzles throughout time with modern touchstones like Da Vinci -> Da Vinci Code and mystery box -> Lost. I'm guessing/hoping the central question is related to "how are all these mysteries connected?"

I have the feeling that missing (or misplaced) information is a key theme to the puzzle. Central is the Piri Reis Map (we see the missing part here, the rest is in real life), but maybe HOW the information is communicated has a purpose as well?

We have e!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Damn, how did we miss that!!!!! the end zero!!!!!

    Awesome work.

Oh, if anyone of you are able to update the wiki with all of this new stuff that would be great. I dont think ill get much of a chance this week. We'd have to go through the article comments and the thread above..

So far we seem to have uncovered the SKA box and e and perhaps others...

Just those two alone was a great outcome.

    Cheers,

    Cheers,
I think I can take care of updating the wiki. I've been a bit busy lately so I haven't been able to check up on the riddle very much... I just bought Minecraft

Anyway, now that we know that the box is relevant to Stanley Kubrick's research archive, can we throw out that whole angle on Jack the Ripper? It doesn't seem like it's very relevant anymore.

Edit: Also, we've always technically had "e", it's a mathematical constant. All we know now is that the binary under the Fibonacci pattern points to e. I also think that ANBA had been hinting to us about e before the first DLC had even launched, so maybe we're still missing something...

Edit 2: Hoooold up, Stanley Kubrick's archive is in the London College of Communication? Perhaps this is where ANBA's co-worker saw the box... anybody want to take a trip to London? Or we could just watch the documentary...

Ok the other box was found!

Both box winners... remember i said keep the boxes. Why?

They both ARE real Stanley boxes i ordered from: http://ryderbox.co.uk

So they are exact same boxes. Not faked. Remember to keep them. Its good story
