    Re: Easter Eggs

Commercial street has an interesting hystory, this might be relevant:

Commercial Street is in the London area of Spitalfields. Spitalfields: No area showcases London's vibrant diversity and combination of the ancient and the modern as much as Spitalfields. To the east, the huge influx of Bangladeshi immigrants has made Brick Lane the curry capital of the world, while to the west, the urban regeneration of the Bishopsgate area has seen towering office blocks rise and the City grow at a staggering pace. Then in the centre of all this you have the regenerated Old Spitalfields Market, surrounded by cobbled streets with boutiques, cafes, pubs and other spin-off markets. Still standing is the Nicholas Hawksmoor-designed Christ Church, Spitalfields, a beacon in what was once one of London's worst criminal slums. This was the playground of serial killer Jack the Ripper who slayed a number of local prostitutes, culminating in 1888 with the brutal killing and mutilation of a young woman named Mary Kelly, his fifth and final victim. Nowadays a host of artists live in the area, such as Gilbert and George, Tracey Emin and Stuart Brisley. We hope we can help you have an enjoyable time in Commercial Street. (from londontown.com)

The Ten Bells is a Victorian public house at the corner of Commercial Street and Fournier Street in Spitalfields in the East End of London. It is notable for its association with two victims of Jack the Ripper; Annie Chapman and Mary Kelly.

The Ten Bells is however not pictured in the streetview, its across the street in the first frame given by the flictaco google streetview.

not sure where all this is going but the section of commercial street that fliptaco has is also marked from point: Public Life Communications Ltd to point: Old Spitalfields Market on my version of the google map.
thanks to kobe ive been messing around with this jack the ripper angle for hours.
how do my books fit in?
how does jj abrams lecture about not opening the mystery box fit in?

    Re: Easter Eggs

If i have the time later on i'll do some research on it. Maybe it would be a good idea to look into the biografy of Jack the Ripper... Knowing more about his motives, lifestyle and history might get us somewhere. My first toughts here is that serialkillers always have a distorted view on society and life, and their actions are ment to be meaningfull in some way or serve a higher cause.

Not sure how famous jack is in other countries.. but he or them.. " only killed maybe 12 prostitutes.. and was never caught.. I have watched various movies and documentaries over the years and there is endless theories as to who he/she/them. Is... from a local butcher or doctor up to maybe even the prince of England...
If your on the right tracs to solving this puzzle I'd think about the angel your taking, as to this day its never been solved.. and the murders were all on different streets around whitechapel....
Is flips street in whitechapel ??
    And what buildings are missing...
Maybe a doctors or butchers or barbers for example..

I think we can conclude its a bit of a 'mystery' ? Although the murders didnt all take place on commercial street i think that the protitutes all walked that street, and still do up untill today. Reading into it i found that only 5 murders are sure to have been commited by him (or one and the same person given the way in wich they were commited), the others are speculated. These 5 are referred to as the 'canonical five', if you connect them on a map they form a pentagram (so i red on wiki, i tryed it myself and with a bit of imagination i guess you can draw it)... Bluemage: didnt you get a book about the occult? Anyways: the pentagram might be a link to the other eggs as it is part of many occult theories but can also be linked to fibonnaci (as it includes the golden ratio) and Da Vinci (the vitruvian man is a pentagram). Then again, maybe im a bit of track and this is all far fetched. Like you said the murders have never been solved and this has grown into somewhat of a myth. Many theories have been whritten about it, the 'pentagram' being one of them.

    Re: Easter Eggs

I bet redlynx will declare the easter egg hunt and search for the bigger picture solved once we all admit that there is no solution to it. As with every step we make towards an unified theory only more questions arrise, maybe its just about the journey rather then reaching the goal. We might be cought up in an endless infinite growing spiral we have created for ourselves. We should all just stop right now

(btw: did you guys see how I linked that to fibonacci? hehe )
