i've finally managed to download the vid as an MP4, so i did a frame by frame and this is all i could find.
please look for yourself though, because i'm sure these tired eyes could easily have missed something (i almost missed the a splicing thing, despite knowing where it was)

Well, spoilers ahead:
"Splicing" on the prison break one refers to the DNA strands that show up in the easter egg.
"Discover" on Diabolic refers to the map with part of it missing. Maybe "discovering" the new world?
I'll have to get back to these this evening. I can isolate frame by frame if you still need it.
